eoul is densely populated. With people stumbling over one another, falling on top of each other, and sweat-sliding by, Seoul gets hot in the summer (despite the monsoons). One summer day, some jackass started BBQing in the main square during rush hour. At first, the populous was livid. They hurled threats and invective until that sweet BBQ scent finally caressed their heated olfactory glands. They fell in love with the smell, the texture, and the taste of Seoul BBQ. Now Korean Barbeques are spreading.*
