There is a dress code: a coat. The ice bar is typically only heated to a chilly -1 to 5 degrees Celsius. Still, the space manages to pull in a sleek, grown-up, hyper-VIP crowd, usually those found in Suite 701.

All in all, the whole shebang is well worth the frostbite - Sub Zero decor is seductively cold and cozy, and mixed drinks are anything but murky. The idea of such an all-ice nightlife experience really moved us, but only for short intervals.

It’s a theme bar, and yes it’s cold. But what's the difference? After a couple of delectable ice martinis, you won't be able to tell an ice-carved sconce from, well, anything.
