    In order to give credit where credit is due one should speak about food first. And after been away a while from Montreal, my return to Globe was as it should be wonderful.
    Though the decor has been updated, what my palate experienced was nothing short of great. We indulged and boy did we indulge, Bison short ribs, beef cheeks burgundy, angus steak. The staff, though not to many familiar faces the good looks don t run short in this place, they were friendly, familiar and casual yet attentative. I was glad to be able to return to a place that brought back so many memories and glad to know I can still count Globe as my top 5 in Montreal.

    Globe has potential to be an outstanding restaurant/club.
    Unfortunately the great food/vibe is over shadowed by very poor service that leaves a sour taste in ones mouth.

    I don't recommend this restaurant unless you're looking to pay a fortune for terrible service!
