Da Pizza a Nizza took over from Da Pizzettaro, getting only a slight discount on signage. A thorough facelift has rejuvenated the two-floor space, while the terrace remains as charming as ever. Chef Armand Forcherio (Les Ramparts, Laloux) and his twin brother enlisted the help of Montreal powerhouse, Moreno DiMarchi (his Le Latini is next door), to bring this resto into existence. DPaN has a mostly Mediterranean menu (sorry, no pizza) with specialties like roasted lamb shoulder, octopus ravioli and a solid tapas selection. And, it's fun to say; try it. - M.A.
