ander down the ever trendy St-Laurent Boulevard in Montreal's le Plateau district and you'll find yourself surrounded by members of the city's social and economic elite walking around with self-satisfied grins on their faces. It's a pretty intimidating environment that will make you feel like you don't belong. You're going to want to escape. It's inevitable. What you should do is duck into the Café Cucina. This little get away will fill your stomach with some of the best Italian cuisine in the city. Plates full of primavera pasta and delicious calzones will be tempting, but you're going to want to sample the pizza. There are 15 varieties of wood oven pizza and that's the menu's star attraction. There are two stories to this little beauty, so you probably won't have to worry about getting a seat, but a reservation isn't a bad idea…just in case. –PB
