he Beaver Club is one of Canada’s highest-rated restaurants and a required stop for any self-respecting Canuk foodie. Reserve a table and you’ll be chowing down on classic haute cuisine (it’s Quebec, learn French and smoke cigarettes you filthy philistine) and washing it down with a quality win seller. As you feast, the dining experience is enhanced by an elegant design enhanced by Canadian art (think there will be landscapes and nature photos?), fresh flowers, soft lighting, and white table linens. You might not want to wear that Hooters t-shirt here, but the sacrifice of dressing properly will be richly rewarded. - P.B.

1 Reader Reviews | The space has been totally redone recently, but the food is still incredible. The Beaver Club has the best soups, especially clam chowderdnd lobster bisque; I suggest you order both, one after the other.
