If you ever had any doubt as to the origins of the sashimi or sushi rolls before you, then Aqua Sushi has lifted any doubt that you are indeed eating raw fish straight from the sea. With the usual Unagi, Tako, Ika and, my favourite, Ebi on the menu, there’s plenty of deep water morsels served on that tender bed of sticky rice, at your disposal. The question is how many you can eat before you make a break for the bathroom. –E.J.

I haven't try sushi in Canada yet ! But I've heared some of sushibar around Montreal is great place. I grew up in Japan until age of 16, then I came to US back in '74. Here in Los Angeles, I normally have sushi at least twice a month now. But I am not big eater but I can eat TOKYO-SIZE sushi peice for 20 to 24 before I make myself break for bathroom. Here is one more tip for you ???

A lot of peoples are into sushi or sashimi woth Japanese Sake today ! But I do not drink Japanese Sake at all (so as Japanese peoples in Japan since 2003), because Japanese Sake containes too much sugar from their rare material of rice. Now most of Japanese are even in Los Angeles, they drink SHOCHU/Japanese Spirits insead of Japanese Sale now. You people shoulg go for Japanese SHOCHU instead of Sale now on !!!

One last thing is my wife just started to learns "how to make Japanese sushi at home" by online sushi-school. And she enjyos a lot and learning about Japanese sushi a lot too. The sushi-school site: www.sushitrainer.com, they are very good and teaches you real traditional Japanese sushi for a person @$9.95/USD for monthly.
You people should visit this site at once.

I have never been more disappointed in sushi. It's cheap plates... but still. There are too many other sushi places in the city.
