If you ever had any doubt as to the origins of the sashimi or sushi rolls before you, then Aqua Sushi has lifted any doubt that you are indeed eating raw fish straight from the sea. With the usual Unagi, Tako, Ika and, my favourite, Ebi on the menu, there’s plenty of deep water morsels served on that tender bed of sticky rice, at your disposal.
