 early everyone suffers from dry skin when the temperature drops. The problem generally worsens as winter drags on, due to months of harsh weather. Dry air is the main reason behind your skin troubles. Heating systems create an arid indoor environment, while the cold air holds little moisture. Although our bodies constantly lose water through breathing and sweating, this process accelerates in winter because water seeks the area of lowest humidity.
