  Love's real name is Garrett Dutton III and he is the son of a wealthy banking lawyer. It's not exactly the character you picture when you hear the name, but then G Love is all about contradictions anyways. His primary influences? Bob Dylan and old school hip-hop. It sounds strange in theory, but his music is even odder in practice. If you have broad musical tastes and like trying things that are different, give G Love a shot.—PB
