There are easily half-a-dozen great things right off the bat about this new pizza place in Miami: organic menu; vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free options (including gluten-free beer!); your delivery order comes in a smart car; you can order online; you get a discount if you bring back your pizza box; and they serve their food in containers made from corn starch that decompose in only 50 days.
But it's the pizza itself that will keep a lot of people coming back. The fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients help make these pies the tastiest on the block. You can choose from the menu or build your own, starting with the organic flour crust, a multigrain crust, or a gluten-free crust. The usual toppings (olives, mushrooms) are available, as well as some slightly more unusual ones (wild-caught shrimp, soy cheese).
