 f you live in Miami (and otherwise, why are you reading this?), you're about to get very excited: Joe's Stone Crab is reopening today. That's right; Miami's top culinary location has ended its annual summer hiatus. I know you've been looking forward to this day. How could you not enjoy the juicy, succular crab claws that you've come to know and love? Get out there, strap on your bib, and get ready to gorge. A few words of advice: bring your credit cards; this isn't going to be cheap. Also, don't be disappointed if you can't get a table on your first try; they don't take reservations. You're just going to have to try your luck and hope that somehow everyone forgets that Joe's is back. It could happen, right? I can't be helping matters much. - R.T.
