ever mind ballrooms, grand halls, restaurants, lounges or clubs. The new place to be, my friends, is in the corridor. The Performing Arts Corridor, that is, White Room is the newest Miami club spot on the strip and its bringing back the hallway. Remember Kids in the Hall? White Room is almost as cool as them.
White Room is actually made up of three rooms, all of which lead off a main entranceway - making this club like an exciting (or terrifying, whatever angle you’d like to see it as) maze. Keep walkie-talkies handy in case you separate from your homies.
The Main Lounge comes complete with a stage for live performances and dancing; the lush, open-air Courtyard with private cabanas are for who knows what; and the intimate Red Lounge is a haven for private conversation. The drinks are reasonably priced for such a nice club, which makes me think the designers had the idea of match making in mind. Meet a stranger at the bar, buy her a cheap drink, take her to the dance floor, then move on to some intimate conversation in the Red Room, then straight on to the cabanas if you’re lucky.
Celebrating the diverse aspects of nightlife and culture, guests of White Room find themselves surrounded by a chic, inviting, and sophisticated environment that appeals to all of their senses. Designed with the needs of discerning nightlife patrons in mind, everything at White Room– full bars in each area, a dynamic events calendar, vibrant music, the space itself – strikes the perfect balance between the new and the familiar. It's what you always wanted, and never just a typical night out. Who knew three rooms in a hallway could be so much fun?

2 Reader Reviews | Bring a gun if entering the neighborhood the crackheads are out to get you! We saw one attack a she-male with a 2x4 as she attempted to enter.
Upon entering check out the bamboo doors it is probably the only artistic design holding the place together. The outdoor area is reminiscent of a tailgate party in a parking lot. Black asphalt with 3 white tents, no outdoor lighting, with the exception of candle lights is a poor excuse for ambiance. At least the chairs / benches are comfortable. The table tops are an accident waiting to happen. Topped with glass they are just waiting for a drunk girl to think her fat ass can be supported by the thin veneer.
For $11 a drink you get to enjoy your beverage out of a small white plastic cup. Talk about trashy chic. The two rooms that the lounge boasts are quite different one looks like the basement in Dracula’s castle. Blood red paint with oversized mirrors & a bar placed against the wall. The second room feels like your inside a disco ball paneled mirrors on two walls, neon lights by the bars, random streaming projections on the back wall.
Basically everything in this place has been seen and done in the past. The owners were way too eager to get the doors open. It seems as if they just wanted a place to drink for free. Unless they do something drastic save your time / money and just wait for the next spot to pop up in its place.
