he proprietors behind the Vino Miami Wine Bar take their wine very seriously, so seriously in fact that they compare the act of consuming a glass to that of admiring a work of art in a museum. It should come as no surprise then, that the folks behind this fine wine establishment have overseen every detail of its dark and sophisticated decor.
The light menu provides perfect hors d'oeuvres and fondue pairings whose chocolate and cheese-heavy selections go well with the wide assortment of wines. The menu's Green Fondue is made with Gouda cheese, white wine, fresh parsley, chives, tarragon, fresh lemon and gin and is accompanied by cucumber, celery and French bread. Hors d'oeuvre options include the Lillian: prosciutto, Fontina cheese, Italian salami, fresh Roma tomatoes with herbs, served on a French baguette.
Although a highly sophisticated joint, Vino Miami doesn't come with the attitude you would expect from an upscale Miami wine bar. It's a perfect place for sippers and schmoozers.
