hef Jan Jorgensen and his wife Leticia have long been the titular proprietors of Two Chefs, one of the finest restaurants on the Miami scene. The restaurant has grown in popularity of the years, leading to this latest venture, a second restaurant that adds the cute appendix “too”. This makes it sound like a bad Hollywood sequel (anyone remember Look Whose Talking Too…I didn’t think so); however, the laws of diminishing returns don’t really apply to this restaurant as they do to the unfortunate films bearing this title. The menu will be taken from the ever-popular two chefs, but a large and exciting cheese menu will be added to the mix, bringing in some all new flavors in the process. So if you’re a fan of Two Chefs, but have always felt it’s cheese content has been a little lacking, this very well could be your new favourite restaurant. –P.B.
