The Pressroom is named after the presses that dot the walls (literalness is huge these days). Serving contemporary and cattle fare in an atmosphere that's part whimsical old-school proletarian factory (brick and presses) and part bistro (candles and tablecloths (that's right, candles and tablecloths equal bistro. Make one at home)), owners Dwight Nelson and Rob Sibel (Felt) have created a welcome resto with decent bites.
