Tamara is an enchanting and tantalizing experience of French fusion cuisine. Executive chef, Frederic Delaire, pulls out all the stops on the beautiful terrace dining area along the

poolside. Candles, palm trees, waters-edge, there’s nothing better than to be swooned by the ‘oh-la-la’ factor of it all. The restaurant is named after Tamara de Lempicka, whose artwork appears throughout the hotel. The interior of the restaurant is just as beautiful with the ceiling mosaic. –A.C

1 Reader Reviews | This was a good, hotel restaurant, back in the day. I took clients there for dinner, and was extremely impressed with the food, the service, the ambiance and the overall experience. But, more recently, the place is a dull atmosphere and the food is sub-par. Shan't return.
