orld renowned fashion designer Todd Oldman has officially spread his designing tentacles into the realm of bars and lounges with hip hideaway Spire Bar but don't worry, it's not like one of those actors-turned singers or vice versa. Known for a style that evokes playful sophistication, Oldham has just taken when he does best and applied it to something new.

Sandwiched between the historic Tiffany Spire and The Hotel, Spire feels like the upper deck of an exclusive cruise ship with its view of the Miami Beach skyline and plank wood flooring. A tapas menu designed by Michael Bloise, executive chef at Wish Restaurant, includes grilled skirt steak spring roll, skewered shrimp, domestic and imported cheeses to name a few.
