Santo offers a modern, sophisticated decor and its Asian and Latin-inspired dishes add a twist of lemon to the restaurant's contemporary cuisine.

The bar is set very high at Santo, both literally and figuratively - dramatic photographs adorn walls supporting 25-food ceilings. The low lighting offset by crisp white table clothes make this a perfect place to relax or to enjoy a romantic dinner. The Seared Sea Scallop with Sauteed Foie Gras is served with fresh Thai bail and green onion. Or try the Tequila Cured New York Strip Steak served with a twice baked potato , grilled porotbello and chocolate-spice reduction.

While the restaurant closes at 11:30 most nights, as a nightclub, Santo is open until 5am. A spacious lounge hosts the Santo Resident Band who, along with a DJ, keep the roof raisin' well into the wee hours of the morning.
