  s if the lads behind the Hard Rock Cafe chain of restaurants didn't have enough on their plates, Jim Dunn and Dave Terry (two of the guys behind Hard Rock) have expanded the Prime Blue Grille chain of restaurants into the heart of Miami. Mainly an upscale steak and seafood joint, the restaurant features a raw bar and seafood display. All of the wood-fired, grilled menu items are available for take-home purchase and include Indonesian Shrimp, Red Snapper, Whole Bronzino, Black Grouper, Yellowfin Tuna, Block Island Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Salmon and Lobster. Dinners may choose to have their fish prepared one of three ways: Gorganzola crusted, Oscar style or with truffle butter. Garnishes include carmelized Cipplini onions, fire roasted corn relish, vinegary pepper relish or wild mushroom vinaigrette. The menu has plenty of non-seafood items like burgers and steak. Prime Blue Grille can boast that it's the only national restaurant to serve all natural, corn-fed, hormone-free, premium beef.
Set within a sophisticated yet comfortable space, diners may opt for a seat indoors or out on the patio where a calico sky is sure to be the best accompaniment to a delicious meal.
