Strap on your Deisel jeans or don’t even think of stepping into the Diesel owned party emporium. This quirky vintage meets Miami beach sex meets European style hotel café cum restaurant has attracted a steady crowd of hipsters since the doors opened (and president Renzo Rosso invited all of his cool friends in his Blackberry). As a result, the trendy types expect their dishes to coordinate with their equally hip outfits, leaving chef Stefano Zen with a heavy burden to be consistently creative in his culinary concoctions. Following an afternoon of patio lazing and perhaps one too many martinis, head to your room for a relaxing siesta. My room recommendation: the “Best Whorehouse” room – talk to the concierge about the insinuated extras the room has to offer.
