O  n Fridays and Saturdays, Macarena transforms into a hip South Beach destination for movers and shakers who crave all the latest in Latin pop, rock and salsa. Although it is also technically a restaurant, mains such as steak and fish fall slightly short of fine dining. It's the atmosphere that really attracts the masses.
