Fortunately, as we get older and can logically separate good from bad (for the most part), the light goes on inside and Bam! - there’s a new Spanish restaurant in Coconut Grove.

Owner Jose Luis Esteve (who also moonlights as an artist), showcases the culinary Spanish creations of chef Alvaro Beade. Hailing from Valladolid, Spain, Beade displays his command over Spanish cuisine by employing modern preparation methods with the local ingredients available to Miami kitchens – what a great idea!
