at Man's Bar-B-Que is a hot spot for some great BBQ, but there's a catch, you'll have to eat it standing on the street or in your car; it comes from a truck after all. Owner Ben Nelson has won awards in multiple states for his ribs. One of the best sellers is the Tenderoni. Nelson claims your grandmother can take her teeth out and eat this meat, it's so soft. Hickory wood is used in the barbeque (admittedly bit makeshift), attached to the rear of the truck. The ribs are covered in Nelson's secret rub, and then slathered with sauce once cooked. If you're not one for tasty pieces of meat (but who isn't?), there are many other options, like burgers, fried conch, chicken, tilapia, and grouper. Finish it off with a slice of homemade Lemon Cake, a welcome relief from OD-ing on that smoky meat flavor. Located outside a strip club, he catches the peeping Toms at peak hours- Friday to Saturday, 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. Talk about delivery, if you can't venture to his truck, he will drive his ride to your party. –C.S.
