nso reportedly has dishes inspired by great artists such as Van Gogh, Dali, and Picasso. We’re not sure what this means, but we’re dying to find out. The four chefs come trained at El Bulli in Spain (including a former Nobu chef) and apparently want to mix up the conventional sushi menu. (Although they do serve conventional sushi, in case you’re not feeling too adventurous.)
