 r. Carlos Galan, the Spanish restaurateur, hopes to have more success with his latest venture housed in an old Firehouse building from the 1920’s. The restaurant promises a Mediterranean menu and cocktail lounge in the two-story space, with the main floor being called Lolita and the second floor referred to as Dolores.
The restaurant is supposedly modeled after Spain, which means trendy, festive décor. The prices are affordable, and appetizers like gazpacho are free with the purchase of an entrée. Since you saved money on apps, give the Spanish-style crème brulee a try- a little taste of heaven, dancing on your tongue.

Alright people lets get real with this place. Ill start out by saying that yes its cheap and I am not just talking about the prices. The decor is straight out of a West Elm catalog with hints of Ikea. The food was that of Picadilly quality, and thats being nice. The service, well lets just say what can you expect with cafeteria prices and what seemed to me like a total lack of training on managements part. The topper for our group (all Miami locals) are the real cheesie hostesses (all 5 of them) in real ugly black dresses standing outside as if to entice dirty old men to come on in. YUC! Nice try Dolores or Lolita or whatever your name is, but no chance. Miami has alot more to offer than this place. Trust me spend the extra ten bucks and go elsewhere. You dont want to be seen here!!

A good atmosphere can't disguise the lack of quality. From terrible service (worse I've ever encountered in any Miami Restraunt), to tasteless food that wasn't hot enough, to later stomach problems, this is a place we'll never be returning to.
