ith a name that seems straight from a Tennessee Williams’ play (think Stella, think Stanley), this restaurant appeals to Southern sensibility with a Creole/Cajun menu and gentle Dixieland jazz in the background.
Three floors of dining space are available to accommodate diners that desire an injection of French Louisiana in their life thanks to décor styling by architect Carlos Perez da Costa. Wrought iron railings ring the perimeter, so bring your beads and hope that patrons below get in the spirit to flash after one too many cocktails! –E.J.
