ou know when someone says Miami and you automatically think of white – be it crisp white suit, gauzy white drapes or bleached white architecture – everything is void of color with only the turquoise ocean to complement and contrast. This is pretty much the view of the Delano from the outside where airy linens invite you in to dine at the eat-in kitchen restaurant.

The sushi faction off the lobby serves all sorts of seafood, caviar and sashimi fresh from – where else – the deep blue sea. High rollers only who can afford to keep their white suits immaculate (just in case a replacement is required from a tragic red-wine spill).
