orth Miami seafood restaurant Blue Oyster Grill is serving up some fresh water delights like seaweed spaghetti with Maine lobster chunks with fennel and creamy lobster sauce.

Alex Portela and Eloy Roy (Oggi Caffe and Caffe Da Vinci partners) have brought in Chef Minor G. Vargas (formerly of Joe Allen) to create a signature Florida–heavy menu to round out the grazing options.

Blue Oyster's prices skew a tad higher; with something for everyone, bottles are priced at $30 or more. But it's all about choice and accessibility, with a good amount of by-the-glass options, organized around specific grapes, regions or vineyards.
