Centrally located in the lobby, the Bleau Bar has views of both the pool (one of many, actually) and the famed Staircase to Nowhere, which means you'll catch Miami's finest (and richest) strutting around in both their eveningwear and their bathing suits. You know you're in good hands when your bartender is called a Mixologist. MacDonnell made his mark at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and as the owner of the Enigma Group, a beverage consultancy agency (evidently, there's such thing as a beverage consultancy agency). At Bleau Bar he crafts flashy and colorful drinks worthy of the most opulent hotel in Miami.
