A bellini, made with fresh white peaches, cognac and champagne, is a drink which makes you think of class, especially considering that it was created in 1948 by legendary bar man Harry Cipriani for his friend, Ernest Hemingway, at Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. So a restaurant which gives itself this name has a lot to live up to. Located in the Bentley Hotel on Ocean Drive, it is, at the very least, an improvement from the tongue and cheek Smoking Rabbit Gastropub which was there before. Here, you will find straightforward Italian fare like tuna carpaccio, and salmon with a mustard sauce, amongst the typical range of pasta dishes. –C.S.
