eaches Bar and Grill may need to go on restaurant makeover because it looks like something scrapped together in the 1980’s. Green carpeting, billiard tables, and an old wooden bar just screams depressing. Good thing that Miami’s heat motivates people to stay outdoors most of the time, because I would not want to be trapped at Beaches on a rainy day. –A.C
