 he 1220 at The Tides is a gastronomic experience for Miami's tanned and fab. Executive Chef, Tom Perron, brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the kitchen, having worked in some of the hottest kitchens (Four Seasons)  around town.
This seafood restaurant is executed with sheer elegance and remains one of the favorites among food critics and celebrities alike. Favorites include the Monte Cristo chicken with fingerling tomatoes, parmesan and arugula; a grilled 10oz. filet mignon with seasonal mushrooms; the duck confit with warm lentils and foie gras essence. –A.C
