Calgary Theatre
Radio Macbeth :: Sep. 24 Sep. 27
 ave you ever heard of the curse of Macbeth? It's something that theatre nerds discuss in hushed tones. It's believed that Macbeth is cursed and strange things always happen when the play is performed. Some actors won't even utter the word "Macbeth" in a theatre for fear of angering he gods. It's an odd phenomena, but also the foundation of this play which is about a theatre company struggling to mount a production of Macbeth while being haunted by the ghosts of previous shows. Radio Macbeth marks the first time that the New York-based SITI Company has performed in Canada. Between that and the concept, this show is officially a must see for theatre snobs in Calgary!PB
Tickets are $25 - $40
The Grand, 608 1st Street South-West, Calgary, AB
