Cirque Du Soleil: Corteo :: Jul. 31 Aug. 24
  hat's right Calgary. Cirque Du Soleil is back. For a solid month you'll get to see all of your favourite contortionists, acrobats, and clowns perform in an extraordinary theatrical event that needs to be seen to be believed. This latest production is meant to be a traditional Italian festival parade as imagined by a clown. Clowns have pretty crazy imaginations (see The Dark Knight for more), so this one should be wild. For your own safety make sure that you don't do mushrooms during the show. Not only is it a little too intense, but Cirque Du Soleil is like catnip for old people, so there will be plenty of white-haired people around who will not be amused by your zany antics.
