Calgary Galleries
rtist Heather Murray has created a faux-garden out of paper and felted wool meant to imitate the textures and "dappled" light of a real garden. Intended to explore the past lives of the materials, the shadows are supposed to be representative of the artist's mid-life. (Crisis, perhaps? Why else would you channel all of your energy into making a garden out of paper to represent your life?) -C.S.
