 amboo Noodle House is one of three brand new restaurants the opened in the also-new Stampede Casino. The trendy resto stands out from its counterparts by not being snobby, yet not being fast-food-style either. As you might imagine, the restaurant offers Pan Asian cuisine, but doesn't sell the popular fare short; Bambu highlights both contemporary and traditional dishes and beverages from the best of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, such as noodle bowls and salad wraps.
