 orward thinking Calgary residents now have a place to satisfy their locavore cravings. The Sweetgrass Market,is home to local, sustainable vendors selling healthy food options. The market is open year-round, seven days a week. Thank goodness the market isn’t seasonal. If it waited for the summer to roll around to open up we’d be stuck with Big Macs and Tim H. until who knows when. The vendors include A Touch of India, More than Mangos, Red Barn Bread, Verde Tea, The Headless Chef, Valta Bison and more.
