Bath & Body Works has already been on many Calgarians' radar for years now, but so far they haven't been able to shop for their products without either traveling to one of its 1,600 stores throughout the US and lately Canada or ordering online (they ship to anywhere in Canada). In July 2009, the Body Shop competitor will enter the Calgary market in a big way, moving into the upper level of the under-construction Chinook Centre. The new store will take up more than 3,300 square feet of the mall, which is unheard of for this type of store. I honestly don't know how many lotions, bath items, and fragrances you can fit in 3,3000 square feet, but I'm sure it's a lot. - R.T.
