From recycled fryer oils (to fuel a friend’s car) to reused furniture “discovered” at local side of the road locations, they aim to make the world a better place with a strictly Vegetarian menu that adheres to the renew philosophy (you can feed a lot more people with a field of wheat than a field of cows).

Fair trade and organic coffee, composted food waste and local produce are extra green-friendly practices that should earn the café Mother Nature’s seal of approval.
