hate restaurants with 'friend' in the title. Unless your clientele consists solely of your friends, then don't lie to me. Perhaps 'Potential Friends' would be better, though it sounds like a dating service. Furthermore, how many people can you actually become friends with? What about acquaintances? Not that many. Especially at your age.

Here's a non sequitar: Eating at Strangers has nothing to do with going to the Caribbean. It has to do with eating Caribbean food, you fool. If you want to go to the Caribbean, then don't eat out for a while, stop taking cabs, and get your coffee from a supermarket. If you want jerk without all the tourist traffic and inauthenticity of a resort, then why did you take two weeks off work? You could have just gone to Strangers. -S.T.
