amosa is a great word. If you named your child Samosa, would people call him Samo? After a while it would probably shorten to Sam, and no one would remember his or her (of course it's unisex) beautiful full name. Such a waste. Samosa Bar and Grill serves samosas, yes, but also a large variety of Indian cuisine with an African influence. You may feel bad for the other items on the menu, since they get no mention at all, but what do you expect? Samosa is a great word. - S.T.
