It's refreshing to see a Mexican restaurant that's freed itself from a dependence on Texas. Salt and Pepper says, 'to hell with Texas'. A Country should never take second billing to a State, even a large State obsessed with stars. Remember the Alamo? Forget that. Hammer back several margueritas and remember nothing at all. - S.T.

1 Reader Reviews | Four of us has dinner there in November. The food and service were excellent. Unfortunately, it was a cold evening and every time the front door opened a cold draft came in around our ankles and cooled off the food.
