akana, the Mexican, fedora wearing, guitar hero with a penchant for collaborations has finally set up shop in Chinatown. No, wait, sorry it's a Sushi restaurant. Sorry, my mistake. - S.T.

2 Reader Reviews | As a parent, i have tried to introduce my children to a variety of tastes. I was particularly excited when Sakana Grill opened in Crowfoot Centre in Calgary. Finally a sushi restaurant with both fresh food AND delivery! Too bad that two attempts later and I have been only thoroughly disappointed.
Sakana has not prepared itself to service the Calgary market in an adequate fashion. We called and ordered, and were told one hour for delivery. 90 minutes later we were still waiting with hungry children.
When the food arrived only part of the order arrived. /the driver went out to find the rest of the order, but I still think that anyone who has done more than one order would recognize that $45.00 of sushi would fill more than one small bag.
We finally received the order only to find that we did not receive soy sauce. Hence, the taste sensation that would have been the fresh sushi was ruined.
Dear Sakana, when you apologize for wrecking our evening, I will apologize for this review.
