1 Reader Reviews | Last Visit:October 2006Regency is a nice restaurant at first glance. In fact the food is alright. After sitting through a meal, the place tended to lose appeal.
Although the restaurant is non-smoking, there is a ton of smoke billowing in from the main entry where the smokers collect.
Secondly, I was placed in a room, where there were piles of dirty plates stacked everywhere. After tripping on one of the plates, the manager of the restaurant denied the incident and proclaimed the matter my fault for not looking out.
The serving staff was good, but the manager was so brash and arrogant that I would not ever go to this restaurant again.
I was not pleased with this incident and was a step away from calling the food and health board regarding the dirty plates scattered throughout. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. There were far better restaurants within a block I tried the next couple of days.
