4 Reader Reviews | I invited a few friends to meet us at this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our reservation was for 8pm. At 9:30 when I was calling the babysitter to check on the kids, our appetizers still had not come. Our server was very obviously inexperienced. We waited for spans of over 1/2 hr. for him to tell us that certain things we had ordered were not available that night. We waited long spans of time for almost anything we asked for. Our food all came out at different times. We didn't even receive our side dishes at the same time as our meat.
My friend received the sauce for her steak after she was done eating it. My husband, whose birthday it was never did receive his dessert. The rest of us had all received ours, and 10 minutes later we had to flag down a server from a different section to please bring us my husbands dessert which had been sitting, visible on the bar for about 15 minutes.
The food itself tasted good, too bad we couldn't all eat at the same time.
I have never in my life received such poor service at a restaurant. Lucky for that server, and as he already knew, there was an automatic 18% gratuity added on to our bill...Obviously this offered little motivation in as far as maintaining a certain quality standard. It would have been helpful if the staff had made some attempt to apologize or recognize the fact that they weren't doing so well...But there was nothing like that. I left feeling disappointed and embarrassed that I had invited my friends to this restaurant.

Found this restaurant to be actually really terrible. The server was pleasant but very under trained. Food came out at different times. Mediocre fare at best.
