I used to live in Killarney, now I live in Dalhousie, but I come all the way down when I crave a nice big fat turkey sandwich. I dont usually enjoy soup, but I love theirs. I also recommend the organic Cajan Chicken Wraps. All the food comes with homemade sides... good prices for value.

I love this coffee shop! It is a neighborhood place where you can take your time or not and still feel at home.
The coffee is great and the food is mostly home made.
You will be disappointed though if you think you can use all of the credit cards mentioned in this ad?
It is a cash only non smoking environment.
Try the hot baked 'Morning Glory' muffins

Charging approximately $14.00 for a soup and sandwich, mediocre drinks, and without menu prices displayed, Primal Grounds is a cafe to be avoided. Familiar to gourmet restaurants and cafes, I was shocked to discover that a casual lunch for two would cost about $30 - without drinks. The quality of Primal Grounds' food (basic) does not legitimize their ridicuously high prices. I would not go to Primal Grounds again.

Poor value for prices charged. Prices are not listed. Even most top of the line restaurants or coffee bars in Vancouver would charge no more than $9.95 for a lunch item. Here, half a sandwich and a bowl of soup is $13.65. The coffee was not good quality either.

Great place for soups, sandwiches, desserts and coffees. Reasonable prices, everything is homemade. You can get vegetarian dishes there as well as some gluten-free. Service is good, parking is free. What more could you want?
