1 Reader Reviews | Worst dining experiance in a long time! We were looking forward to a Saturday night out of fine dining and fun with friends.....4 couples. We met in the bar area, where the service was great as were the appies. When we were ready to get seated for dinner we were told to walk over to the dining area to get seated...well we waited around for about 10 mins before we finaly found a waiter to seat us. We ordered some wine and beer...slow service. We then asked ordered some bruschetta and our main meals.....half of us ordered steaks, mine was a 10oz NY Med/Rare.....the food arrived and I had a hard time cutting my steak with my butter knife, we had to ask for steak knives and also had to ask for water as it wasn't offered. Let me tell you, it was the worse steak I have had in a very long time......chewy and gristly....not what I expected for a $35 steak. The rest of the table's meals were mediocre and barely warm. In the end we didn't even get a "how was your meal?".....I guess who cares when you are being charged an automatic 18% gratuity for groups of 8 or more! We ended up in the bar area after which was buzzing...no room to move but good fun...my suggestion, shut down the restaurant if you can't improve the service and food and expand the bar!
