This Edo-style chophouse in Chinatown is truly one of a kind. You get to choose your cut while it's still on the cow, then watch as a band of ronin expertly dissect your meal with honed precision. On weekends, ninja use their shuriken to slice mouth-watering medallions of veal. The blood flies everywhere so be sure to bring safety goggles. -D.M.
