I went to Ginza several times and everytime I would order the soba noodles and everytime it would be a different sized portion.. the first time it came in a smaller dish and was hardly enough for my friend and I.

the second time around... it came on a massive plate and the same friend and I couldnt finish it. I suggest that the kitchen gets their portions under control and stop serving as much as they feel like.

the third time i went there, i decided to go with my boyfriend and another couple. I'll admit that the other girl I was with was really picky with her food and that although she didn't like her chicken curry (she doesn't eat sushi) and there wasn't anything wrong with it, the way the staff treated us was unprofessional and overally "dramatic". Our server kept telling us that this wasn't her problem and that it was up to the kitchen. When we asked for the manager, she said that the manager wasn't in so when we asked for a second opinion on the chicken from another waitress... she claimed that she was the manager on duty that night. ??? okay??

and all the staff clumping together behind a screen (including kitchen staff!!!) and giving us dirty looks and talking bad about us isn't exactly how you run a buisness.

Always a treat going to ginza. We always go for the all you can eat which is a great deal. The service is quick and it definatly isn't a resturarant for you to spend a lot of time in. Its a quick in and out type of place. Love it!

I wish there were negative value's for all the options because this place is terrible. The worst Japaneses restaurant in Calgary by leaps and bounds. The staff is a bunch of rude arrogant jerks and the food is gross. Go to Edo its way better.
