 his place has themed its decor after the Cappella Sistina. Unfortunately, due to an error in translation, the builders have fastened all of the furniture to the restaurants ceiling. Harnesses and crash helmets are mandatory; even for the a cappella performance trio they accidentally hired. - D.M.
